It has been along time since I have scrapped anything, but since my sister had her baby, I told her I would do a small album for her, this is the first layout I have done, I am attempting to do alittle bit of digital scrapbooking, I have not mastered it yet. but I did download the word "sweet" a freebie from Jennifer Wellborn's blog. The color is alittle bright, but it works.

My wonderful husband threw me a surprise birthday party yesterday and I was greatful for all the wonderful gifts I received (even when he said no gifts) so today I made these quick thank you cards. I am posting them because I bought the blank pokadotted cards from the $1.00 bin from Michaels and they're great for making quick cards and you get 10 cards with envelopes!

Last night I was in a valentine mood, I was surprised that I did not have alot of valentine stamps, oh well maybe its time to buy more. :) This is just a simple 4x4 canvas that I quickly created. February is now upon us and I am attempting to make Jared's valentine cards for his second grade class. I wonder if I have any kiddie stamp? I don't think they would enjoy vintage cards, LOL.

Trying to use up my scraps, so I made this card for a friend who's birthday is next week . The stamp is from paperbag studio. I have been using alot of pink lately, since my sister had a baby girl, I've been buying pink everythng!

Today Justin is 16. I cannot believe how fast time has flown. I found this picture of him while I was cleaning my office, he wasn't even a year old. I have realized that the older they get, the faster time goes by, so enjoy them while their young, spend as much time as you can and always say I love you.

Justin is the one on the left, this is the most current picture I have of him, and Jared who is 7, my cutie pie, he's my joker. Two boys, two opposite personalities, It's amazing how god created them.

I am an aunt again. My sister stella had a new baby girl, her name is Marline. She was born on Jan 10th, isn't she cute! she looks like her daddy and mommy. I can't wait to see her!

stampers sampler's challenge was to use the color coral, it was quite difficult for me to use. I used coral and sand cardstock and alot of brown ink. Images are from time to stamp and oxford impressions.

Yeah!! I am done with my christmas cards. Now, to clean my office! Then off I go to finish up my christmas shopping.

okay, I started making christmas cards and this is the first, I am running really late, I guess friends will get them late. Too much to do and not enough time to do it. I still need to make gift holders, LOL . I think I am being to ambitious.

I created this little girl acouple of weeks ago, she is my neighbors grandmother and when she showed me the picture, I asked if I could have a copy, isn't she cute, anyways, instead of making christmas cards, I'm goofing off. I can't believe christmas is around the corner, but I promise myself I will not freak out.
